Returns and Refund Policy

At The Woodshed Ltd we are committed to supplying quality firewood. In the unlikely event a customer is not entirely happy with their purchase, complaints must be registered to us within 3 days of delivery or collection.

In simple terms, if you aren’t happy, please contact us by phone or email and we promise to do our best to sort it out for you. We will endeavour to collect the unwanted delivered logs and issue you with a refund. Please return cash and carry products.
