In simple terms, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we promise to do our best to resolve any issues.

If necessary, we will collect the unwanted delivered logs and issue you with a refund. Please return cash and carry products.

If more than 30 days have gone by since your firewood was delivered, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
